If you have not closed profit or loss accounts at the end of the period after the month closing procedure,

or you see incorrect amounts on these accounts in the income statement, you need to take the following steps

(this error occurs due to a change in Exchange rate and the entry of documents retroactively):

1.  Please open the report for the month in which you found the error.




Open the document specified in the report. The document containing the error can be found in the section Information about exchange rate differences at the end of the month.

 


Repost of all documents in chronological order.


Re-close the months whose dates were specified in the documents.


2. If method 1 did not remove the error, open the Cash flow analysis report.
Disable unnecessary groupings and double-click on the number to detail the line to the document.


Repost of all documents in chronological order.


Re-close the months whose dates were specified in the documents.
