This manual will explain how to clear cache for smooth working of the base.
* You may also watch the video for this procedure How to clear cache.

Before clearing the cache, 1c FirstBIT application should be closed.

1) Open My PC > Local Disk C:

Open Users Folder:

Select current user account:

Enable Hidden items in View option and select AppData folder:

Go to folders \Local\1C\1cv8  and \Roaming\1C\1cv8 and delete cache there (cache are files which has alphabets and digits as file names):


2) For on-premise clients one more folder should be cleared. Open About option in the main window of the application:


 There is information about the Directory in the window “About”:


Go to this folder and delete all files, which have format  .cfl  and  .cdn:
