Problem: Error-The application administrator locked out the user.
Solution: This error message appears when the database is used for Update\Backup\Technical purposes by the FIRST BIT technical team.

In order to fix the error, you need to do the following:


If the user sees such an error, then he needs to click Remove the lock and log on.


Sometimes, instead of such a message, the user has these:



If the user sees such an error, then he needs to click OK.
