This manual will explain how to clear cache for smooth working of the base. You also may watch the video for this procedure How to clear cache.
Before clearing the cache 1c FirstBIT application should be closed.
1) Open My PC > Local Disk C:
Open Users Folder:
Select current user account:
Enable Hidden items in View option and select AppData folder:
Пo to folders \Local\1C\1cv8 and \Roaming\1C\1cv8 and delete cache there (cache are files which has alphabets and digits as file names)
2) For on-premise clients one more folder should be cleared. Open About option in the main window of the application:
There is information about Directory in the window “About”.
Go to this folder and delete all files, which have format .cfl and .cdn
