This manual will explain how to clear cache for smooth working of the base
Before clearing the cache 1c FirstBIT application should be closed.
1) Open My PC > Local Disk C:
Open Users Folder:
Select current user account:
Enable Hidden items in View option and select AppData folder:
Пo to folders \Local\1C\1cv8 and \Roaming\1C\1cv8 and delete cache there (cache are files which has alphabets and digits as file names)
2) For on-premise clients one more folder should be cleared. Open About option in the main window of the application:
There is information about Directory in the window “About”.
Go to this folder and delete all files, which have format .cfl and .cdn
