Solution: In order to renumber company codes, the following steps must be taken.
1. In case, if the company code was renumbered accidentally or intentionally:

Then the software gives an error 'The value "00-9999" of the field "Code" is not unique':
2. If the number of companies created after changing the code is small, then renumber them manually by right-click on the company name and press Edit:
3. Change all necessary codes.
If the number has reached limits, add any letter after a hyphen.
For example, put the letter 'C' in 00-C00001 to start a new sequence of numbering.
