Using this tab, you can specify the proportion in which the labor costs should be allocated to Cost Objects.

Select the Detailing to Employee option to indicate to the system that the proportions will be specified per each employee, that is, the labor cost associated with each listed employee will be split between multiple Cost Objects.

Clear the check box for the Detailing to Employee option if you need to split the lump sum of the labor costs only between multiple Cost Objects.

Use the Employee column (appears if the Detailing to Employee option is selected) to select a particular employee.

Use the Cost Object column to select the Cost Object for allocation.

In the Coefficient column, enter the coefficient (respective part) of the cost to be allocated to the Cost Object.

If you need to manually add a cost or expense, click the Add button.

Use the Up and Down ( ) buttons to rearrange the positions in the list.

Click the Split Row ( ) button to copy the selected cost (row). Then you can split the quantities and amounts between multiple rows with different attributes (analytical parameters).
