On this tab, you can select some values that you (or this user) uses more frequently than other values of the same kind. Then,  this value will be automatically inserted in documents you create (this user creates).

In the Sales Payment Terms field, you can specify the default sales payment terms for the user.

In the Purchasing Payment Terms field, you can select the default supplier payment terms for the user.

In the Main Type of Sales Price field, you can select a sales price type to be used by default.

You can use the Default Warehouse field to select a warehouse which you use the most frequently.

In the Default Cash Account field, select the cash account used by you most frequently in documents.

Use the Aging Intervals by Default field to specify a set of aging intervals to be used as the default one.

Project Costing

In the Method of Project Estimate Calculation field, you can select a method of estimation to be used as the default for your projects.

To select the default analytic parameters for project revenue estimates, click a link next to Estimate Project Revenue By to open the Estimate Project Revenue By dialog box.


Click OK to save the selected settings and close the Estimate Project Revenue By dialog box.

To select the default analytic parameters for project revenue estimates, click a link next to Estimate Project Cost By to open the Estimate Project Cost By dialog box.


Click OK to save the selected settings and close the Estimate Project Cost By dialog box.
 
You can use the Status of New Customer Order field to select the default status for new customer orders created by you.

You can use the Status of New Production Order field to select the default status for new production orders created by you.

You can use the Status of New Purchase Order field to select the default status for new purchase orders created by you.

In the Default Customs Duty Rate field, enter the default rate to be used in Customs Declarations created by you.
