To access the Tax Transactions list, select Taxes (the left panel) > Tax Documents > Tax Transactions.
Tax Transactions are created manually when you need to register tax penalties or correct some manual tax transactions. The system generates tax transactions when it is needed to transfer tax liabilities for a tax period within tax groups. For more information, see Tax Group Liability Transfer.

The Tax Transactions list
The list of input Tax Transactions includes all the Tax Transactions available in the system. Documents are listed with their reference numbers, dates, and amounts. If you don't see a specific document, rearrange the list by date, document number, or amount. Also, you can use the Search field to locate the document you need. You can change the list display settings to suit your particular needs; for details, refer to Working with the item list.

The toolbar buttons


To create a new Tax Transaction, click the Create button on the toolbar.
To edit the existing document, double-click the line with the document name. Alternatively, select the line with the document, right-click it, and select Edit or click More actions (in the upper right corner of the form) and then select Edit.
