To access the Equity Movement Items list, go to Accounting > Master Data > Equity Movement Items.
The Equity Movement Items are used to categorize general changes in owner's equity for a sole trader, partners' equity for a partnership, shareholders' equity for an entity on the financial statements is Statement of Changes in Equity financial statement. For more information on the report, refer to Financial Statements.
The items typically include profits or losses from operations, dividends paid, issue or sales of shares, accumulated reserves and retained earnings over the reporting period.

The Equity Movement Items list
The list includes all the equity movement items defined in the system. For each item, you can view its code, description, section of the report where the item is presented, the ordeal number in the report, and other information.

The toolbar buttons

To add a new equity movement item, click the Create button on the toolbar. For details, refer to Adding an Equity Movement Item. For description of other buttons, refer to List toolbar.
To view or edit an existing equity movement item, double-click the line with the equity movement item in the list.
As the list is populated, you can change its display settings. Click More actions on the toolbar and select Configure list. For more information on the list settings, see Work with the item list.
Click the Find button to search for an item by specific text it its description. You can cancel the search if needed by clicking the corresponding button.
