You can fill in tabular parts of documents using the "Pick" operation. It is convenient, because you can immediately see the available balances by warehouses and cells, and current prices. To use it, click the Pick button on the tabular toolbar of a document.

The pick operation window is divided into three parts:

  • catalog tree;
  • items of the selected catalog folder;
  • picked items.

Items pick form

At the top of the form, there is a filters bar. To facilitate the search, select Warehouse and Cell to display balance, and Price Type to use in a current document. You can add fields to a form. To do it, click the Settings button.

If the Show Ordered setting is enabled, the column with the items quantity placed in purchase orders is displayed in the pick form.

If the Show Balance setting is enabled, the column with the items balance at the warehouses (including reserves) is displayed in the pick form.

If the Show Reserve setting is enabled, the column with the items quantity at the warehouses reserved for customer orders is displayed in the pick form.

If the Show Free Balance setting is enabled, the column with the free (unreserved) items balance at the warehouses (including reserves) is displayed in the pick form.

If the Show Prices setting is enabled, the column with actual items prices according to the selected price type is displayed in the pick form.

To apply setting, set the check box in front of the appropriate option and save it with the Save button. The items list is displayed based on the applied settings.

If the Ask Quantity button is active, an additional window for specifying quantity of selected items is opened during items pick.

To add a list of picked items to a document, click the Add Picked Items.
