You can use this form to enter a new address of the entity.


The "Address (create)" form

In the Description field, provide a brief description of the address, such as Main address, Delivery address, and so forth.

Select the country of the address.

Select one of the following options: PO Box or ZIP Code, and enter the corresponding number in the field to the right.

In the Region field, enter the region of the country. Enter the city, area, and street if applicable in the respective fields.

Select the applicable option from the following options: Tower, Building, Villa, Other, and enter the corresponding name or number.

Select the applicable option from the following options: Section, Block, and enter the corresponding number.

Select the applicable option from the following options: Office, Apt., and enter the corresponding number.

In a text box below, view an auto-generated presentation of the address as it will appear in documents.

In the Comment text box, enter any additional address information that did not fit the form and provide any comments relevant to this address.

After filling out the form, click the Save button to save your work or the Save and close button.
