To access the Loans to Employees list, go to HR and Payroll > Loan Documents > Loans to Employees.


The Loans to Employees list

The list of Loans to Employees includes all the documents of this type available in the system. If you don't see a specific document, rearrange the list by date or document number or use the Search field to locate the document by a string in its description, department, or reporting period. You can change the list display settings to suit your particular needs. To learn more about the list display settings, see Working with the item list.

Loans can be beneficial (interest-free) or non-beneficial with interest rate regulated by the state law. Repayments can be done as deductions in monthly compensation or as payments from other sources available to the employee, or as a lump sum on return date.

To edit an existing document, double-click the line with the document. You can also select the line, right-click it, and select Edit or click More Actions > Edit on the toolbar.

The toolbar buttons

Initially, the list includes no documents. To create a new loan document, click the Create button on the toolbar.

To register an actual payment made to the employee for the loan, select the loan and click Generate, then select one of the following payment types:

  • Check Issued
  • Bank Payment
  • Cash Payment
