This catalog contains information about the places where goods and materials are stored. It is used for accounting all the system transactions on them. By completing this catalog, you can view the balances by warehouses. The catalog has a hierarchy structure so you can create and edit dependencies.

To access the catalog, go to the ‘Warehouse’ section (see figure below).

The schematic showing how to access the ‘Warehouses’ catalog

By default, the system has one warehouse that can be edited. To edit a warehouse, double-click the line with its name or click the line and press the ‘More’ button located in the right toolbar. Then select ‘Edit’ from the drop-down list. You can right-click the line instead of pressing the ‘More’ button. To learn more about editing, see par. Create and edit warehouse. To see how to build the structure, please refer to the same paragraph.

As the list is filled and for convenience of work, you can change its display settings. Press the ‘More’ button in the catalog right side toolbar and select ‘Configure list...’ from the drop-down list. To learn more about the lists display settings, see par. Work with the item list.

Each user can assign the warehouse with which he works more often than with the others in the system. To do so, log in the user's account in the system. In the catalog, select the line with the warehouse name and press Set As a Default Warehouse button (it is located on the toolbar above). After applying this option, the warehouse will be listed in bold type and the system will use it in the documents. Also, you can change the default warehouse in the Personal settings section.
