In the Project column, you can select a project associated with the income. The Project column becomes is available if the Enable Project Costing option is selected on the the Administration > Settings > Project Costing form.

If the Enable Project Tasks option is selected on the Administration > Settings > Project Costing form, in the Project Task column (which becomes available) you can specify the particular task of the project to which this balance income is related.

The Income GL Account Cr column is populated with the default GL income account selected on the Accounting > See also > GL Accounts by Default form, the Incomes and Expenses tab. If needed, you can select another GL account to be credited when recording this income.
