Page should contain 3 main paragraphs: Description (what is this report used for, which documents reflect report values(Project Estimates)), Structure, screenshot with data (what data it contains by lines and columns), Filters and parameters, screenshot with quick settings panel (what default settings are available under quick setting panel).
While describing structure we need to describe each element in the report header.
Structure screenshot need to show data for each level of report structure.
Need to explain that resource level can be shown only for manpower or fixed assets type of expenses. And it can be exact employee or Fixed asset if it used while project estimation.

The Project Cost Markups report is used to analyze project costs and apply markup percentages to calculate the final selling price or invoice value for each task, material, or resource. The data is sourced from the Project Estimates document.
Structure
Generate - Executes the report based on the selected filters or parameters.
Find- Allows users to search within the report for specific text or values.
Collapse/Expand Groups – Show or hide grouped sections in the report.
Print Button- Opens a print preview or directly sends the report to a printer.
Fit to Screen/Zoom Button- Adjusts the report layout to fit within the screen or zooms into specific areas.
Search Button (Magnifying Glass)- An alternate or advanced search tool for locating specific records or entries.
Edit Mode Button- Enables editing mode for the report or screen.
Save disk- Allows formatting or exporting options to be saved to the desk as per required formats, such as to Excel or PDF.
Send- Used to email or forward the report directly to another user or contact.
Project – Main project name. Example: Al Hamra Falcon Island – Al Hamra Homes, RAKConcrete Works
Code WBS / Project Task – Work Breakdown Structure code and phase/task.
Expense Item – Cost categories like Equipment, Labor, Overheads, etc.
Item / Resource – The specific cost item or resource under each category.
Resource-level details are shown displayed only for Manpower or Fixed Assets. If expenses related to manpower or fixed assets. When these are included in the project estimation included named resources, the report will display show the exact specific employee (for manpower) or the specific fixed asset used.
Quantity – Planned quantity (if applicable).
Amount – Original base amount of cost (without markup).
Markup Amount – Profit amount added over base cost.
% – Markup percentage applied to base cost.
Amount incl. markup – Final cost after markup Expected revenue amount (Amount + Markup Amount).
Filters and parameters
Without templates – When checked, it excludes template data, showing only actual project data.
Entity – Selects a specific legal entity or company unit; the report shows data for the chosen entity only.
Project – Filters the report to a selected project’s markup data.
Project Task – Filters by specific tasks or sub-tasks within the project; if empty, all tasks are included.
Expense Item – Filters to include only certain expense categories, like labor, materials, or subcontracting.
Item – Shows markup for specific items or resources within the chosen expense category.
