Optionally, you can create a signature to be inserted in the user's emails automatically, for this you can use the Email Signature field. For details, see Adding a Email Signature.
You can use the Application Appearance Setting field when you want to change the color theme of the application's user interface. For this, in the field, select a color theme from a drop-down list of themes.
The following warning appears below the field:
To change the application, restart it. Click the Restart button that appears next to the warning. Once the application is restarted, it has the selected color theme.
