This manual will explain how to clear cache for smooth working of the baseIf Firstbit software is slow or unresponsive on a specific user's laptop but functions well for others, this manual will guide you through the steps to clear the cache for optimal database performance.

Before clearing the cache 1c , make sure to close the 1C FirstBIT application should be closed.1)

  • Open My PC > Local Disk C:

Open Users Folder:

Select current user account:

Enable Hidden items in the View option and select AppData folder:.

Пo Go to folders \Local\1C\1cv8  and \Roaming\1C\1cv8 and delete cache there (cache are files which has have alphabets and digits as file names) :

Go to this folder and delete all files, which have format  .cfl  and  .cdn:
