To select the application objects for including in audit log, open Administration > Service Tools > Audit Log Settings.

The application registers all the changes made in the database to the application's metadata. The current version of the application includes the following metadata:

  • Master records (175)Documents (125)
  • Document

If the selected object has multiple attributes (fields), they appear in the right part of the form and you can select which of the attributes will be tracked in audit log.

  • Advanced Search: Click the option to open the Find dialog and select the search method (At beginning of line, Anywhere in the line, or Exact match).
  • Cancel search: Select this option to cancel the search.
  • Refresh: Click this option to refresh the list if other users also made changes.
  • Write Initial Versions: Select this action to mark the initial versions of metadata objects.
  • Stop Using Audit Log: Select this action to disable the audit log – it will not be generated until enabled again.
  • Change form: use Use this option to make change to this form layout.
