Revenue and Costs

This bar chart presents the project's revenue and cost estimates (specified for the project on the Estimates tab) and the actual revenue and costs calculated for the project based on the project-related documents (which you can view on the Project Documents tab).

Notice, that how actual costs are calculated depends on which option (On Purchase or On Usage) is selected for the Calculate Material Costs setting on the Administration > Settings > General Settings form.

Note. On this chart/table, the actual costs and revenues that are calculated based on project-related documents are shown as VAT-excluded amounts.

Sales and Purchasing

This bar chart allows you to compare the amounts of sales and purchases made for the project. The amounts of sales and purchases include VAT amounts according to the VAT settings of the items, services, and parties involved in the transaction (entity and customer or supplier).

Cost Structure

This pie chart illustrates how the project's actual costs are structured. The actual costs are represented by VAT-excluded amounts.

Cash Flow

On this bar chart you can view the amounts of cash inflow and outflow by cash flow itemYou can use the Period From and To fields to specify the period for which you want to view the data and the Refresh diagrams (Image Added) button to update the diagrams in case new data has been added.
