To access the work schedules, go to HR & Payroll > Service Tools > Work Schedules. Work schedules are available only if the HR and Payroll module is enabled.

The form comprises the following two panes:

The Work Schedules list (upper pane) and work hours per day of the year (lower pane)

Initially, there are no work schedules in the system. To create a schedule, click Create on the toolbar (for more details, refer to Adding a Work Schedule.)

As the list is populated, you can change its display settings. Click More actions on the toolbar and select Configure list. For more information on the list settings, see Work with the item list.

Viewing and Editing the Selected Schedule

You can use the lower pane to view and edit the details of the schedule that is selected in the upper pane.

For a newly created schedule, you need to specify how many work hours in each day. For this, click the Fill by Template button. The schedule will be populated from the calendar selected for this schedule.

To update the schedule for the next year, make sure that you have already updated the work calendar for the next year (for details, see Work Day Calendars). Then, do the following:
