Notice that you can prepare VAT Return for a tax group or for an entity. The Tax Group field is available if the Enable Tax Groups option is selected on: Administration > Settings > Taxes. If you need to prepare this document on behalf of an entity (either independent or a member of any group), leave the Tax Group field empty and select this entity in the Entity field.
If you need to prepare this document on behalf of a tax group, you can select a tax group for which you want to prepare the VAT Return in the Tax Group field. Once a group is selected, the Entity field disappears and information on the members of selected tax group appears .
