Toolbars on forms for creating and editing the documents of specific types and for creating catalog itemsmaster records, can contain a number of standard buttons and the buttons specific to the document type or catalog typemaster data.

Some of the actions that you can execute by clicking the toolbar buttons are also listed as actions on the More Actions drop-down list. By using the buttons on the toolbar or actions from the More Actions list, you can perform the following operations with the document.

  • Reread: To update the document.
  • Copy: To copy the contents of the document to a new document of the same type.
  • Mark for Deletion/ Unmark for Deletion: To mark the document for deletion or to clear the deletion mark which was set earlier.
  • Clear Posting: To undo the document posting.
  • Show in list: To display the document in the list of other documents of the same type.
  • Change form: To customize the document.
  • Allow Object detail editing (available only for some catalogsmaster data): To make editing possible for the selected item record in the catalogmaster data.
  • Edit the GL Accounts (available only for some catalogsmaster data): To assign other than the default GL accounts.
