Using this tab, you can specify the proportion in which the depreciation costs should be allocated to Cost Objects. Image Removed

Select the Detailing to Fixed Asset option to indicate to the system that the proportions will be specified per each fixed asset, that is, the depreciation cost associated with each listed fixed asset will be splitted split between multiple Cost Objects.

Clear the check box for the Detailing to Fixed Asset option if you need to split the lump sum of the depreciation costs only between multiple Cost Objects.

Use the Fixed Asset column (appears if the Detailing to Fixed Asset option is selected) to select a particular fixed asset.

Use the Cost Object column to select the Cost Object for allocation.

In the Coefficient column, enter the coefficient (respective part) defining the portion of the cost to be allocated to the Cost Object. If the cost is to be allocated to only one Cost Object, the entire cost will be allocated to it no matter what is the coefficient. To split the cost, use the Split Row button. If the cost is being allocated to multiple Cost Objects, the allocation is performed in proportion to the specified coefficients.

If you need to manually add a cost or expense, click the Add button and select a fixed asset whose depreciation costs will be allocated.

Use the Up and Down ( Image Removed Image Added) buttons to rearrange the fixed assets in the list.

Click the Split Row ( Image Removed Image Added) button to copy the selected cost (row). Then you can split the quantities and amounts between multiple rows with different attributes (analytical parameters).
