Using this tab, you can specify the proportion in which the labor costs should be allocated to Cost Objects. Image Removed

Select the Detailing to Employee option to indicate to the system that the proportions will be specified per each employee, that is, the labor cost associated with each listed employee will be splitted split between multiple Cost Objects.

Clear the check box for the Detailing to Employee option if you need to split the lump sum of the labor costs only between multiple Cost Objects.

Use the Employee column (appears if the Detailing to Employee option is selected) to select labor cost associated with a particular employee.

Use the Cost Object column to select the Cost Object for allocation.

In the Coefficient column, enter  enter the coefficient (respective part) defining the portion of the cost to be allocated to the Cost Object. If the cost is to be allocated to only one Cost Object, the entire cost will be allocated to it no matter what is the coefficient. To split the cost, use the Split Row button. If the cost is being allocated to multiple Cost Objects, the allocation is performed in proportion to the specified coefficients.

If you need to manually add a cost or expense, click the Add button.

Use the Up and Down ( Image Removed Image Added ) buttons to rearrange the positions in the list.

Click the Split Row ( ) button to copy the selected cost (row). Then, you can will be able to split the quantities and amounts cost between multiple rows with different attributes (analytical parameters) Cost Objects.
