The Finished Goods tab is used for creating a list of finished goods (intermediate materials or parts) to be subjected to disassembly. Image Removed

To add an item, click the Add or Pick button (refer to Using the pick operation). In the Item column, select an item from the Items list or create a new item. For more details, refer to Items. Alternatively, you can import the list of items with all the details from an Excel document. For this, click the Image Removed Image Added button on the table toolbar and follow the step-by-step instructions in the appeared window. The imported list can be edited in the Administration module.

You can use the Up and Down ( Image Removed Image Added ) arrows to rearrange the items in the list.

The Characteristic column is available if the Enable Item Characteristics option is selected on the Administration > Settings > Purchasing and Warehouses form. In this column, you can specify additional properties of each item if the Use Characteristics option is selected for the item in its master record (see Items).

In the Quantity column, you can specify the item quantity and in the Unit column, you can select an UOM for the item if the Multiple UOMs per Item option is selected on the Administration > Settings > Purchasing and Warehouses form.

Using the Reserve column, you can select which of the finished goods must be reserved for this order.

The Specification column is populated automatically with the default disassembly specification assigned to the finished goods. For details, refer to Adding an Item. Specifications.

The Customer Order field is populated automatically with the customer orders if this production order is based on multiple customer orders. If all finished goods are from the same customer order, you can move this column as the field to the Main tab by using the Settings button.
The Inventory provides information on inventory items and raw materials that will result form disassembly of the finished goods.
Generally, the tab is automatically populated from the finished goods's disassembly specifications. However, you can add or remove specific items to or from the list.
In the Reserve Warehouse field, specify the warehouse in which the resulting items will be stocked until shipped for the customer or customers.

The Cost Percentage column shows the proportion in which the cost of finished goods is shifted to the resulting items.
The Specification column is populated automatically with the default specification assigned to the items that are requiring additional disassembly.
In the Comment column, you can specify some additional information about an item or a service to be purchased.

Click the Fill by Specification button to populate the inventory Items list with items and raw materials listed in the specifications of the finished goods to be produced in the quantities required by specifications.
