On this tab, you can view or create a list of benefits for which provisions are maintained and specify the amounts to be written off to Other Incomes.

You can add benefit provisions to the list manually, one by one. For this, click the Add button.

Note. To automatically populate the list with the benefit provisions available for the employee, click the Fill in Balances button on the toolbar.

In the Provision column, select the benefit for whom this adjustment (write off) will be performed. You can delete the rows you don't need.

The Accrued Amount column is auto-populated with the amount accrued for the benefit in the currency of the benefit.

In the Adjustment Amount, you can enter the amount in the benefit currency to be written off.

In the Rate and Factor columns, you can adjust the rate of the benefit currency with respect to the national currency.

The Amount (Accounting Currency) column is auto-populated with the adjustment amount in the accounting currency.

The GL Account (Cr) column is populated with the default GL account to be used at credit side of the transaction; generally it's Other Incomes.

The GL Account (Cr) Dimensions column shows the default dimensions specified for the credit account.

In the GL Accounts column, click the <> link to GL account numbers link to open the GL Accounts: Benefit dialog box.

In the GL Account field, select the GL account associated with the selected benefit or select another account from the same COA section.

Click OK to close the dialog box and enter the account into the column.

You can use the Transaction Contents column to briefly describe this adjustment transaction.

The tab toolbar buttons

Click the Add button to append a new row to the table.
Use the Up and Down ( Image Removed Image Added ) buttons to rearrange the provisions in the list.

Click the Fill by Balances button to populate the list of benefit accruals (provisions) available for the employee with all the related data.
