To open the Settings: Mobile Applications form, go to: Administration > Settings > Mobile Applications.

On this form, you can enable the Mobile Applications module and configure its functionality.
Note. Any changes made on this form are applied immediately.

| Setting | Description |

| Enable 1C Mobile App | This option (if selected) enables the functionality of data exchange with 1C mobile apps installed on employee mobile phones. The functionality can be used for creating quotations and orders and sending them to customers. |
| Start Date of Data Exchange | The date starting which data exchange is enabled. |
| Enable GROTEM / Agent Mobile App | This option enables the functionality of data exchange with Grotem/Agent mobile apps. This solution is suitable for companies with employees working outside the office: |
| merchandisers, sales agents. The application enables employees to set goals, tasks, record locations, use questionnaires to conduct surveys, collect orders, generate quotations, and so forth. | |
