By default, the report uses a predefined set of aging intervals, but you can view or create new intervals through the Administration > See also > Aging Intervals form. Additionally, you can filter the data by Entity and Company.

Data for the report is automatically gathered based on the date specified by the user in the Quick Settings panel. If no date is set, the system will calculate the data using the current system date of the computer.

The data for Total Balance and Total Overdue in the report is collected as follows:

  • In the Total Balance : This reflects the sum of all outstanding amounts owed by customers across various contracts and invoicessection, the system shows the unpaid balance for each company.

  • Total Overdue : This indicates the sum of all overdue invoices that have not been paid by the specified dateindicates balances that are past due according to the payment terms. If the Total Overdue exceeds 0, the Total Balance amount is highlighted in red to emphasize the overdue status.

For example, if you double-click on the Total Balance amount, you can open a detailed report that provides further insights into the specific invoices and contracts contributing to that total.

In the Payment Term Analysis section, you can review the Stage information, which corresponds to the data found in the Payment Terms tab of the related Invoice document. This allows users to verify the accuracy of the data in the report by comparing it with the details in the invoice.

In the Total Balance section, the system displays the unpaid balance for each company, while the Total Overdue reflects unpaid balances that are past due based on payment terms.

If the Total Overdue is greater than 0, the Total Balance amount is highlighted in red to draw attention to the overdue situation.
