- all fields with numeric values must not contain space symbol. For example: using 1000 separator it might be added spaces in between digits of the numbers - "2 230" - for automatically import from excel into ERP system - it is an error. Numerics should be filled without it - "2230".
4. To check the correct operation of the data loading mechanism itself, you must enter the data manually into the system when user push Import from excel button:

- No Spaces: Numeric fields should not include any space characters. For instance, avoid using spaces as thousand separators (e.g., "2 230"). Instead, format the numbers without spaces (e.g., "2230").

The user should manually enter the data into the system when the user clicks the "Import from Excel" button. Copy from Excel and paste on the below screen, by filling out the import template manually, you can test the data upload process and identify any errors in the data entry.
