In case, if there are any errors while Import data from excel file The "Import data from Excel" feature transfers data from an Excel sheet to a database. If you encounter any errors during this process (using Excel Import templates), please check review the settings according to this listthe following checklist:

        All fields in excel file should be filled with format as it was set in the corresponding excel template.

       2. Under user with Administrator role access profile it is possible to go to Administration - Master data - Excel Import Templates.

Information about format of excel cells is on Fields tab of Template, "Format" column. In users uploading excel file all fields should be filled with selected format.

• all fields with numeric values must not contain zeros.If the value 0 is expected in any cell, you have to leave it empty without entering the symbol "0" into it.

• all fields with numeric values must not contain space symbol. For example: using 1000 separator it might be added spaces in between digits of the numbers - "2 230" - for automatically import from excel into ERP system - it is an error. Numerics should be filled without it - "2230".
