- Select Security info from the left navigation pane or from the link in the Security info block, and then select Add sign-in method from the Security info page.

- Select App password as the method and click Add.
- Specify a unique name for this password. Click Next.
- Enter the email account address that will be accessed using this password.
- A 16-character password has been auto-generated for the email account.
- Copy the text from the Password box to the clipboard or click the Copy button (to the right of the generated password), then paste the password to the Password field in the Email Account master record of the FirstBIT ERP application. After that, click Done.
