This tab provides information (effective on the termination date) on earned and used vacation days for vacations listed in the employment contract. This tab appears for the employee if the Accumulate Vacation Pay option is selected on the employee's employment contract or its later changes.

All the amounts in the document will be calculated once you click the Calculate button. Note. Because the document includes the salary from the beginning of the month to the date of termination, the employee will not be included in the Payroll Calculation document for this month.

The Vacation Type column is automatically populated with actual types of vacations from the employee's contract and its changes. The Accumulated Vacation Pay (Cur.) column (which appears if  Only vacations for which the Accumulate Vacation Pay option is selected in the employee contract or its changes are listed.

The Accumulated Vacation Pay (Cur.) column shows the amount of vacation pay (in the currency of vacation) accumulated before the termination date (notice, that because it is calculated during the Month-End Сlosing procedure, it is calculated for completed calendar months only).
