Use the Cost Object column to select the Cost Object for allocation.

In the Coefficient column, enter the coefficient (respective part) defining the portion of the cost to be allocated to the Cost Object. If the cost is to be allocated to only one Cost Object, the entire cost will be allocated to it no matter what is the coefficient. To split the cost, use the Split Row button. If the cost is being allocated to multiple Cost Objects, the allocation is performed in proportion to the specified coefficients.

The tab toolbar buttons

If you need to manually add a cost or expense, click the Add button and select a fixed asset whose depreciation costs will be allocated.

Use the Up and Down (  Image Added) buttons to rearrange the fixed assets in the list.
