The Price column is filled in automatically if prices are available from the appropriate price list (see Item Pricing). You can enter the prices manually.
The Avg. Cost Price column is populated with the unit cost of the item once you click the Fill > Average Cost Price on the tab toolbar.The Amount column is populated with the amount calculated based on the price and quantity of the item.

Use the Up and Down (
) buttons to rearrange the items in the list.
Click the Fill > Average Cost Price Fill by Specification option to populate the unit costslist of inventory items that were required for processing.
