To view the list of all reports in the Production module and run them, go to: Production > Reports of Production. Notice that the most frequently used reports are located in the Reports section on the front page of the Production module.

The reports for the Production module which you can use in FirstBIT ERP provide you with summary and detailed information on quantities and costs of manufactured items, items ordered for manufacturing and their cost estimations.

Balance of Direct and indirect Expenses

Figure 1. This report shows the balances of the direct and indirect costs associated with manufacturing of the finished goods.

Balances by Production Order

Figure 2. This report shows the ordered quantities of the finished goods at the selected date according to the posted Production Orders.

Execution of Work, Production

Figure 3. This report lists the manufactured items with their quantities and documents on which the manufacturing is based.

Output Cost

Figure 4. This report shows the manufactured quantities of the finished goods by department (manufacturer) and the amounts of indirect costs distributed to them during the selected period.

Output Cost (Briefly)

Figure 5. This report lists the manufactured goods with their quantities and the amounts of indirect costs distributed to them.

Standard Bill of Materials

Figure 6. Using this report, you can estimate the current cost of the item to be manufactured in accordance with the selected specification, type of prices of raw materials.

Statement of Direct and Indirect Expenses

Figure 7. This report shows the changes in balances of the Work-in-Progress accounts during the selected period.

Statement of Production Orders

Purchasing Payment terms and entity's sales payment terms
The document registers operations of creating kits from inventory items and of manufacturing of finished goods in production department.
The document can be entered on the basis of the packaging order, production order and customer order.
Header attributes:
Manufactured items.
Department of the entity - warehouse or production department.
Warehouse Cell of the department, where produced Item will be stored.
Inventory tab attributes:
Manufactured items.
Department of the entity - warehouse or production department.
Warehouse Cell of the department, from where materials, used for production, will be deducted.
Table Inventory contains raw materials, semi-manufactured products used to produce the item.
If the inventory reservation option is enabled and items are produced on some Customer Order, then finished product is reserved for this order. In case if the materials were earlier reserved for the customer order it is required to specify the quantity used from reserve.
Disposals tab attributes:
Department of the entity - warehouse or production department, where disposal will be placed.
Warehouse Cell of the department, where disposal will be placed.
Table Disposals contains disposal items that appeared as a result of production. The disposals are recorded at zero cost.
