Notice that you can prepare VAT Return for a tax group or for an entity. The Tax Group field is available if the Enable Tax Groups option is selected on: Administration > Settings > Taxes. If you need to prepare this document on behalf of an entity (either independent or a member of any group), leave the Tax Group field empty and select this entity in the Entity field.
If you need to prepare this document on behalf of a tax group, you can select a tax group for which you want to prepare the VAT Return in the Tax Group field. Once a group is selected, the Entity field disappears and information on the members of selected tax group appears. The Tax Group field is available if the Enable Tax Groups option is selected on: Administration > Settings > Taxes.
