The application monitors the database, so objects are deleted in two stages.

At the first stage, an object must be marked for deletion with the Mark for deletion/Unmark for deletion option. This command becomes available, when you right-click an object, click the More button on the form toolbar or use the Del hot key.

When you mark objects for deletion, the system checks balances, settlements, etc., so some objects cannot be marked for deletion.

To finish deleting procedure (the second stage), select the Marked Object Deletion in the Administration section.

Then select the deletion mode: automatic or selective. If you select the automatic mode, the application deletes all objects marked for deletion. In selective mode, the list of marked objects is displayed. The next step is to tick list objects, which you want to delete.

To delete objects from the application, click the Delete button on the bottom toolbar of a window. If the application detects object references during the process, it cannot be deleted. The application automatically generates a list of objects that could not be deleted, and a list of related objects that prevented the deletion.
