This is the very important master data. It contains the information about suppliers, customers, partners, contractors, prospects, that is, all the legal entities the company deals with.
The Companies list
The master records of companies can be arranged in a hierarchical structure by using groups (folders). The number of hierarchy levels is virtually unlimited.
The hierarchic list of items companies includes all the companies available in the system. If you don't see a specific company, open another folder, use the Search field to locate the company by a string in its brief or full description. You can change the list display settings to suit your particular needs. To learn more about the list display settings, see Working with the item list.
