The Specification column is available if the Use Sets for Sales option is selected on the Administration > Settings > Purchasing and Warehouses form, and you can select a specification to be used for the item if item is a Set. Click the Set Components button on the toolbar to specify the components for the set.

In the Price columnThe Price column (available only if the Amount Only check box is cleared on the Main tab) is populated with item prices of the price type specified on the Main tab. To replace with prices of another price type, open the Main tab and use the corresponding link to select another price type.

The Amount column shows the corresponding amount either manually entered (if the Amount Only check box is selected on the Main tab) or calculated based on item price and quantity.

Use the Up and Down (  ) buttons to rearrange the items in the list.
If you are using a barcode scanner, click  (the Load data from DCT) button to upload the data.
