You can use FirstBIT ERP system for the company business activities accounting. To do so, enable the ‘Accounting by several business activities (two or more)’ option in the ‘Enterprise’ section (to learn more about the section settings, see par. Settings for the 'Enterprise' section) and specify your entity business activities in this catalog.
To access the catalog, go to the ‘Accounting’ section (see figure below).

In FirstBIT ERP, you can define various activities in which the company is engaged to make profit.
The Business Activities list
By default the system has two business activities that can be edited:
- Main Activity

- Other
The toolbar buttons
To add a new business activity, click the Create button on the toolbar. For details, refer to Adding a Business Activity. For description of other buttons, refer to List toolbar.
To edit any of themview or edit an existing business activity, double-click the line with the the business activity or click the line and press the ‘More’ button located in the right toolbar. Then select ‘Edit’ from the drop-down list. You can right-click the line instead of pressing the ‘More’ button. To learn more about editing, see par. Create and edit business activities. in the list.
As the list is filled and for convenience of workpopulated, you can change its display settings. Press the ‘More’ button in the catalog right side toolbar and select ‘Configure list...’ from the drop-down list. To learn more about the lists display settings, see par.
