By default the system has one entity that can be edited. Press the ‘More’ button in the catalog right side toolbar and select ‘Edit’ from the drop-down list or double-click the line with the entity name. Each user can assign the entity with which he works more often than with the others in the system. To do so, log in the user's account in the system. In the catalog, select the line with the entity name and press Set As a Default Entity button (it is located on the toolbar above). After applying this option, the entity will be listed in bold type and the system will use it in the documents by default. Also, you can change the default entity in the Personal settings section.
