To create new time card for Hired resources, go to HR and payroll module > Open Time card from time tracking documents.

Create a new Time card document, fill in the below details-

  • Entity;
  • Department;
  • Company and contract;
  • Transaction type: Employee.

You should enable Allocate cost and Hired resource checkboxes.
In the table part of document, it is needed to add strings with data for Employee  i.e. date, break duration, regular rate, regular amount, Project, Task, GL Account etc


For correct filing, do the below needful
First step: in Employee master data checkbox "Hired source" should be enable and "Expense Item" field should be filled. 


Second step: in Time Card Object - Item connections should be recorded string with Object (Employee) and Item connection.
(Warning: It can be created or checked by user with Administrator access role only.)




If there is not record for chosen Employee, it should be created. Object - Employee; Item.


After saving this record it is needed to Save Time Card Document.
Now it is possible to generate Invoice Received :
