Problem: I make the payment for Employee Business Expenses using Noqodi Digital Wallet, how can I pass such a transaction in the system?

  • Noqodi is a dedicated electronic payment operated through Dubai Pay which is especially for high-volume payments. It is one of the safest and easiest ways to enable online payment. Noqodi is a powerful payment method that provides a safe and free digital wallet.

Noqodi Wallet can be used as a Bank Account in the system and all transactions done through Noqodi can be considered Bank Transactions. 


1) Create Bank Account for Noqodi Wallet. Please refer to the manual on how to create Bank Account: 6.1.2.1. Adding a Bank Account

2) Fund Noqodi Account using Money Transfer Document. Please refer to the manual on how to pass Money Transfer: 6.5.1. Money Transfers



3) While making payments to employees (or to Vendors) select Noqodi Account in the Bank Account field:
