Problem: Not possible to search data inside the documents and in document list.

Solution: The below solution need to be done, if the ERP base search do not work effectively.


Full text search updates automatically from backend.
If the document is new, it may not be searched within the begging period.

If searching does not work for old docs, follow those steps:

1. Go to Administration > Full-Text Search Management:


2. Click on Clear Index > Update Index:


Once updated, it will show the Index Actuality Date and time, this helps to understand when the last Index update was done.
