To create approval with the condition, go to Process Management > Algorithms and Processes > User Defined Conditions:
User Defined Conditions can be applied to the stages of approval processes, to users and their roles, to link the process to a specific document:
To create a user-defined condition, open Process Algorithm and Add Condition Point:
Process Management > Algorithms and Processes > Process Algorithm
Put Description as shown:
Create a Condition, which is linked to a point on the algorithm:
The condition is assigned to a specific object:
Set the condition using the attributes of the current document:
As a condition is saved, then it appears in the Algorithm diagram:
Create an event for the value "YES":
Create a Point of Algorithm:
And define Action for this Condition:
As Point and Action are defined, they appear on the diagram:
Assign a new algorithm to the new period (Process Management > Assigned Algorithms):
In a document (Purchase Order) there is just one approval, as the condition is not satisfied:
When the condition is met, two steps of approval appear:
