The Administration module provides the functionality that allows you to configure the application, manage users and their access to specific functions, set up email communications, notifications, and mailings, set up some background processes and monitor the performance.
Note. Only a user with the Administrator profile can access the Administration module. At the first start, the application prompts you to create a user with the Administrator rights who would have access to the entire functionality.
Master Data
The master data includes users, user roles and profile groups, email accounts, aging intervals, data sources, payment types, and templates for emails and notifications.
Administration Documents
The documents in this module can be used to manually correct accumulation and information registers and to create and send single and mass emails.
Service Tools
The Marked Object Deletion tool can be used to remove duplicate documents (master records) or those created with errors or by error. When working in the application, you can mark the objects that you want to delete. Then, you run the Marked Object Deletion tool to actually delete the objects. If the tool detects any reference to the marked object during the process, the object cannot be deleted and you can view a list of linked objects that prevented deleting. Then, you can decide whether you need to mark for deletion all the linked objects.
Using Audit Log, you can view the changes that took place in the application database: added new master records and documents, edited documents and master records, changed configuration settings.
The Full-Text Search tool helps you find the needed document by any string in its text or attributes.
Also, you can lock up the application for the specified time interval to perform maintenance works.
The Active Users tool provides you with a list of current session with details on start time, user, computer. In case of application lockup or other events, you can send notifications to the active users.
