Introduction

On this page you will find information and fix of the SSL Error - "The remote host did not pass authentication"

The Reason

The reason of that - we temporary use Let's Encrypt SSL certificates, but some PC running by Widows 7 are doesn't have in the Trusted SSL Store the Let's Encrypt CA Certificates.

The Fix

Please note that the following steps need to do once one a single Windows7 PC.

Please do bellow steps to fix:

  • Download Intermediate CA certificate from here - certificate

  • Double click on downloaded certificate
  • Click install certificate

  • Click next

  • Choose "Place all certificates in the following store" and click next

  • Click finish

  • If you have warning like that, please confirm by clicking yes

  • After successful installation you will see such information
