Important: we do not recommend creating register adjustments in the system without recommendations and supervision from FirstBit Hotline consultants. These actions are directly written to the system registers; carrying out these operations may lead to irreversible changes in the database.

Almost all standard configuration documents, except for entries in the accounting register, form movements in registers that accumulate information about changes in a particular accounting object, on the basis of which, in turn, reports are generated.

For example, for most documents in the ERP system user may check records in registers directly from document's form:

Each document has its own set of registers, for which it is the registrar when posting the document. (That is, a list of registers where new entries will appear according to the data of the posted document).

For example, for the Invoice document this is the following list:

User may check list of registers for each document in dame place with detailed rcords (with button).

However, the system provides an adjustment document that automatically generates entries only according to the accounting register - the Transaction (General ledger) document. It is located - Accounting section - Service Tool - Transaction (General Ledger).

In this case, transactions entered into the system through Transaction  (General ledger) document. will not be displayed in a number of standard system reports, due to the fact that they are generated on the basis of data entered into the accumulation registers and information registers.

In order for the reports to display information according to the entered adjustment documents, adjustments to the registers are required. Register Correction is a system utility tool (avaliable for users with Administrator access profile only) is in Administration section - Administration Documents-Register Correction.

Creating new Register correction document:

user should add new document, then with Register Content Setting choose needed register (separately Accumulation Registers tab and Informational Register tab.

For the selected register, you need to enter data into each attribute to create a correct entry:

After filling all the data user should save Register correction and check it's register records with option.
