To create Email Accounts go to Administration > Email Accounts

 

Click on Create option to add email accounts in the database, in email address and password put your credentials from email account, put Sender name and select Get the connection parameters automatically and press Create:

If the parameter are not set automatically the following message will be given and proceed with manual set up: 

Put the email provider SMTP server and port details (it should be available in your email account settings), disable safe logon and authentication required options: 

Select the connection protocol for incoming emails based on your email properties: 

Put the server timeout more than 30 sec. 

 

When you change the password for the account, make sure to do the same in the database too.

If you use Gmail make sure that POP or IMAP Protocols are enabled in the parameter. Refer to the link to check the settings: https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#settings/fwdandpop

For Yandex account make sure that option Разрешить доступ к почтовому ящику с помощью почтовых клиентов в разделе Почта / Все настройки / Почтовые программы is enabled
